The Visit of HRH Prince Charles in November 2018

On an afternoon in November 2018, HRH Prince Charles, accompanied by HRH Duchess of Cornwall, visited Wisbech.

Society Chairman Ray Johnson, Treasurer David Crouch and Trustees Roger and Kath Powell were able to discuss with His Royal Highness the aims of the Society and, using a specially prepared display stand, the implementation of the recent and current projects of the Society.

Particular interest to His Highness was the ongoing work in preserving the heritage and architecture of the town and the General Cemetery and High St projects.
